19 Aug Gluten Free Geelong – Australian Gluten Free Life Magazine Feature
Earlier this year I was interviewed by Cara Boatswain, the editor of Australia Gluten Free Life magazine. I’m very excited to share that this month, I feature in the magazine under their #glutenfreewarrior section (issue 18)!! This is a great publication that is dedicated to all things Gluten Free and is released quarterly. My Mum has been buying this magazine for a while now, so it was really exciting to be featured in the magazine and share this with my family, friends and school mates, as well as my followers.
Inside each issue you will find lots of Gluten Free recipes (many of which are also dairy free), health and nutritional information, as well as travel information to help plan trips. The magazine also features a Gluten Free subscription box which brings a selection of 100% gluten-free products to your door each month for a small fee. My favourite recipe from this issue is on page 41, ‘Lime Curd’. I made this using lemons in place of the limes (as we had heaps to use) and also butter as I don’t have a dairy allergy. It’s so tangy and tastes great spread on toast. I look forward to making the Chocolate Ganache Cake on page 82 next.
